Booking policies

Tattoo Agreement and acknowledge to Book —

All Deposits and Payments to our Tattoo Artists and studio are for a custom design created by said Artist/White Oak Tattoo Co and is to be executed as a Tattoo for yourself and body, and that although you own your Tattoo, we require a release of use of images of your Tattoo or Artwork to your Artist and White Oak Tattoo Co to use in any way they see fit or deems necessary for profit or for portfolio use and future work. We ONLY tattoo individuals that are 18 years of age or older and said individual will assume all responsibility for proving their age at the time of their appointment. 

All appointments require a non refundable Deposit to book and all bookings are accepted after acknowledgment of our booking policies.

All deposits are applied to the final hours of any Tattoo session(s) or Time used to draw/redraw any designs. All artwork remains the proper of the Artist in the event a client chooses not to tattoo without any concession.

All artists and White Oak Tattoo Co requires 48 hours’ notice to be given via email, phone call or text prior to any currently booked appointment to reschedule. All reschedules may be made within 6 months without needing to place a new deposit. Any no show/ no call automatically forfeits deposits or appointments made and will require another deposit to regain access to any books. 

All clients acknowledge and understand that any last-minute changes to artwork or design concept created by my Artist/ White Oak Tattoo Co that is not agreeable, will risk forfeiting my Deposit. All clienst accept sole responsibility to make sure all information about their Tattoo is included in the booking process along with all details and elements that they would like included in the Tattoo. All clients acknowledge that any disagreement in art may allow their Artist to terminate this agreement or their tattoo agreement at any time for any reason. 

All clients acknowledge that their appointment is subject to change due to the nature of their Artist being one individual who may become ill or have personal emergencies that may interfere or interact with their appointment. If this happens, all appointments and deposits will be honored as originally agreed upon for a reschedule. All clients acknowledge that their Artist may have unpredictable obligations with Sponsors and or other aspects of their career that will require last min rescheduling of an appointment and this will not make White Oak Tattoo or their Tattoo Artist responsible for any loss of time or travel expenses.

All Tattoo Artists will always provide as much notice as possible when these situations arise, and all clients understand that this inconvenience does not warrant ANY concessions or deals by White Oak Tattoo or their Artist.

DEPOSITS/ $200.00 for Domestic and single sitting Pieces. 

$500.00 for national or international Conventions or Multiple siting pieces.

Deposits are ONLY taken through PayPal or in person at the studio.

All clients acknowledge that this deposit is used to hold an appointment date for the Tattoo session(s) and covers any and all costs of drawing time outside of the tattoo time. In the unlikely event that I or my Artist/White Oak Tattoo Co should cancel or reschedule, ALL DEPOSITS are NONREFUNDABLE/ NONTRANSFERABLE for any reason. 

By Placing a deposit with White Oak Tattoo, all clients are acknowledging these stated polices and have been given via email the opportunity to read and understand them. 

All deposits may be held for up to 2 Consecutive reschedules within the aforementioned time frame of 6 months without forfeit and anything beyond that will require another deposit to be placed before booking another appointment or continuing my Tattoo session, unless agreed otherwise with my Artist. 

All of these policies are strictly Industry Standard for any high end, custom and appointment based Tattoo studio. We value our Artists time and efforts to work outside of the actual Tattoo time that indeed creates such beautiful works of art. We hope that you as well, will value and appreciate the time and efforts these highly skilled Craftsmen and Artists put into your Tattoos!
